  city and certification may repeat. city, certification and verified are strict filters; q ranks businesses by how many words match.
- The response says how the query was understood (interpretation) and, per business, why it matched (matched), agent_reachable and best_route.
- If a city has no matches the list is empty. Retry without the city if you want nearby alternatives.

## Contact a business
- A profile's "How to reach this business" lists routes best first for an agent: email, portal, booking link or form before phone or WhatsApp.
- Put the items under "Include in your first message" in your first message, so the business can answer without a second round trip.
- Phone and WhatsApp need a person. If agent_reachable is false, tell the user the business can only be reached that way.
- Numbers that belong to individuals are withheld. Do not look them up elsewhere to contact them.
- Sending an enquiry through this directory is planned but not available yet. Use the listed routes directly.

## How much to trust a profile
- Facts were read from the business's own site. The markdown and JSON versions of a profile list the source pages.
- "Verified by the business" means the owner has reviewed the profile. Prefer those profiles when choosing between similar businesses. Every profile shows when it was last updated.
- A missing detail means unknown, not "no". Ask the business.
